Dear Comcast Center,
I am leaving you. It is all you and not me.
Later,

On Friday night we headed down for the JM show at the Comcast Center. First, I am not sure why the hell JM would want to do a show in the middle of nowhere on a Friday night in the summer. For the people who don't live around here, the major dilemma is traffic. Tons of it. Everyone gets out of dodge and heads down to the Cape or home, but anyway, it is rush hoursssss on a Friday night (= not good at all). I already knew this going into it as I have been to many shows there, but still thought it was worth it. To prep for the show we thought renting an Escalade would be the best idea. We all hopped in for our long ride and headed out of town. After our many hours in the car and many beverages we made it. After we parked we had one more beverage and headed in. Since John was starting and we didn't want to miss anything, we kind of sprinted to the gate - laughing at what idiots us 30 somethings were to be in such a rush, we pulled out our tickets to go through the turn style and there I was greeted by a large man saying that I was drunk (kinda true) and would need to leave or take a field sobriety test. Huh? I wasn't driving and I wasn't out of control. I was like pffft - no worries, I can take the test and go into the show. I took the tests and basically failed both. So now your options are to call your parents (ha - I don't think they thought I was in my 30's or they will take you to jail and you can be BAILED out or wait to till you sober up). Again, huh? Thank god, my friend is smart enough to talk them out of it ... and I got to go in the show after missing two songs... So I guess after all that drama and money spent, I rather see shows in Boston where the cops have so much other real problems to deal with the last thing they care about is a mildly drunk fan going to see a concert. So, John Mayer, if you are by some crazy way reading this....Don't play there anymore or I can't come see you. Promise.

Shut up. I have NEVER heard of that. Half of the concert go-ers must have been told to leave!
WOW. Thats all I can say. Had they had been doing the same thing last Saturday at a professional soccer match I went to, then I probably would have called the 'rents;) Glad you were able to get in
